1. SHIPPING OPTIONS.
We have shipping service from Monday to Saturday. Herbax provides for your convenience Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery service. We use three different shipping companies: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Our shipping department selects the company that we know will be the fastest to deliver your items. Shipping can be by air or land according to the area we are shipping.
3. DELIVERY TIME.
Delivery time under normal conditions takes 3 to 5 business days. In atypical times such as federal holidays, weather disasters, pandemics, etc. delivery times can vary considerably.

o be able to enter your Virtual Office (Team Office) you must have a username and password.
Your user number is the Associate number that was provided to you when you signed up as an independent Herbax distributor.
To obtain your password you must access the following link, and click on “I forgot my password.”
At the end of this step, you will receive an email from Herbax where you will be provided with a temporary password with which you can enter your virtual office (Team Office).
Once you enter your virtual office (Team Office) using the temporary password assigned to you, you can create your new password in the menu My Account / My Account Settings. Once you have entered My account Settings there are several tabs. You must click on the Username tab, and there you can create your new password.
